“It's not a comparison website, it just gets details and sends them to the company so I assume I am about to get a gazillion sales calls and emails which I just don't want. I just want a straightforward comparison price on supplying and fitting a stairlift. I've had surveys done already so I know it's viable, I don't want or need a parade of salespeople coming to the house trying to sell me their product. This is a market where people are usually elderly and perhaps a little easily swayed and this kind of sales approach comes across as unethical, especially when the salespeople are working on commission.”
