“If the company that rang me had asked two simple questions it would have saved them a journey and my time. As soon as he walked through the door he was full of apologies as their stairlifts are far too wide and my build is too big. That isn't this comparison sites fault but of the person who rang from the company involved. A local independent company tell me they won't have the slightest problem and their prices a very good. Rated a 5 star Trusted Trader it seems they are getting the job then.”
“The service we have received from Companion Stairlift company has been very good, we got the stairlift in March 2022 and it broke down 4 or 5 times in the first month, but has now been a godsend as my husband has a lot off difficulties in walking, last weekend the toggle stop working , it still worked with hand held mobile , they came and fixed it in about two or three hours, so was very pleased.”
