“Product as described, packaged well, no concerns here. However, next day does not mean next day, yet you pay for it. Ordered Sunday and would expect delivery Tuesday based on Monday being the earliest working day. Was informed product would arrive Tuesday or Wednesday, arrived Wednesday. Please take this into account when purchasing the next day option.”

“The strip light is just what I needed - making an usual use of the product as lighting for vanity/makeup mirror. Gives great light over a wide strip delivering good illumination of the whole face. The device is very light so easy to fix to the wall with minimum fuss using the fittings provided - did not bother with the wall plugs supplied (will use them if the screws in the plasterboard fail). The product was delivered quickly and well-packaged.”

“Unfortunately wasn’t a good start with the website as they were say there was 268 or so lights in stock. So we ordered 5 lights and the next morning received a message saying they were out of stock, so I ended up having a look at the brushed chrome model and replied to say we will have them instead, so while waiting for a email back I received a message from DPD that they would be delivered the next day, so confused what was going on I had to phone the company and found out the original lights had been sent out and did I want to cancel the chrome ones. Wasn’t the best experience, they have arrived and look great so will be having them fitted soon”

“This is our Second time using this company now and what a pleasure they are to deal with. Any stock issues, they inform you quickly and give you an accurate date of Delivery, this for us as a company was fantastic. I Highly recommend them to anyone. The only issue is the listing for the bulbs we purchased, states 9W and they are 10W. That works better for us though, but check your listing item, to the item in the basket, as when put in the basket, it stated 10W, 9W was showing on the webpage before adding to basket Thank you Truck and Marine Cranes LTD”

“I ordered warm white LED bulbs and when I placed my order they were showing a very large number in stock. Remarkably I was emailed the next day and advised that they were out of stock and I could have a different sort or wait until more stock arrived (no mention of a refund option!) I opted to wait and after a few days some bulbs arrived but they were cool light and not the warm white which I had ordered. There was also no returns label or any information in the package. This is the first time I have been disappointed when ordering items online from various companies and of course I will never order anything again from this company!”
