I had a good experience with SkiBro. I was sick on the first day that I was supposed to have a lesson and they easily changed it to a later date to fit in my schedule. However when booking my lessons I was asked where I was staying so they could arrange a meeting point. As I as booking a private 1 on 1 lesson it would have been great if the instructor meet me somewhere close to where I was staying instead of having to show up to a shop. It should be common practise when booking a private lesson that your instructor/company work in with you to make you have the best experience and make it feel all about you. I had a great instructor on Saturday and he really pushed me and make me feel like I had improved. However my instructor on Sunday it seemed was more about just getting the lesson over with and never pushed me or allowed for me to improve as my technique wasn’t quite there yet. I felt as if she just did the lesson because she was free and was constantly asking me if I wanted to finish and to tell her anytime if I wanted to go back early or have a break which made me feel like she didn’t want to be there. Overall my experience was pretty average and I certainly didn’t feel like I got a A class service for booking a private ski lesson considering the money that was spent.”

The instructor was great but the lesson was shortened with him having lessons back to back .”

“Simon was excellent. He very quickly diagnosed some issues for me to fix, and as well as helping me on the day he also gave me some drills to practice on my own. He was also great at explaining technically what I needed to achieve. And he helped me take notes at the end to recap.

We were called by the executing school because the requested time wasn't available.
They proposed an alternative moment and called back later when it turned out they got a spot open.

The only negative - with which I discussed with them - is they have to be more careful on the pricing of their subcontractors. The inital quote was about 10% below that which we were ultimately charged. But, here 's deal. You get what uyou pay fopr and the guide we had was superb.”
