“The process from beginning to end was flawless. This was a new application as previous Offer Of Loan was due to expire with Nationwide as my new build was not ready in time. Shelagh Dixon and her team jumped quickly to secure my new rate with Nationwide with great advise this time securing my rate for 5yrs giving the current financial situation with our country. Today, I received my second offer from the Nationwide and would like to thank both Shelagh along Tia Russel for making this so smooth. Thank you Tia for keeping me in the loop it eased my nerves ! They took a very nervous at times sceptical customer through her journey and it went very smoothly, as all front end requirements were exhausted before application. I would recommend the team 100% and trust the advise. Thank you Shelagh for this step in my new journey and see you in 5yrs for my remortgage !”

“WE DID NOT REALISE WHAT A HARD PROCESS THIS WAS GOING TO BE BUT MY MORTGAGE ACCOUNT MANAGER GEOFF WAS FANTASTIC, WE COULD NOT OFF GOT SOMEONE BETTER. FROM START TO FINISH AND DEAL AFTER DEAL HE KEPT GOING UNTIL IT WAS FINALY ACCEPTED. GEOFF YOUR COLLEAGUES THANKS SO MUCH OUR LIFE AHEAD PLAN DEPENDED ON THIS HAPPENING SO NOW WE CAN MOVE FORWARD. “I cannot believe I now have a mortgage offer! I spoke with Alex a few months ago and he gathered all the information then sent it through to the pre underwriter. Jackie and Ava were lovely. I had to wait a while for my survey to be completed and then submit the application to the lender. Today I have received my mortgage offer when I thought I would be stuck renting forever . I cannot thank them all enough for their hard work.”

“Following a medical condition which scuppered my credit, we thought home ownership was a pipe dream. We had tried another broker and was fobbed off almost immediately. One call to Simply however and the optimism was born. Today we have received our mortgage offer and we complete in 6 weeks. We are over the moon and cannot recommend simply enough. They’re a big team but Beckie and Lee have walked us through every step and I cannot thank them enough.”
