I have been using this razor for a couple of months now and in my opinion its very good :) the learning curve between a multibladed razor and a single bladed razor can be minorly steep (esp if youre daft like me) but it is very worth it imo.
Customer service is also very good and they answered my questions and corrected mistakes very quickly.

Customer service was quick to respond and change the address when I realised I had put the wrong one in. The shaver is good quality with a weighted handle to make it easier to shave. Shaving soap smells lovely.
