I appreciate the delivery company (DHL) must be very busy in the run up to Christmas but they collected my order on 18th. Nov. Twice it has been out for delivery, twice the order has not been delivered! It is now back in the depot! Appreciate not the fault of Seggiano per se, but maybe consider a change of courier?”
