“The adviser / demonstrator was due to visit my property on Monday 16th January at 13:00 . I cleared the hall so he could do his demonstration, saved a parking space and had parking vouchers ready to give him . I had my hall light on and the interconnecting door open so I could hear if he called . I have a bell and a knocker and was listening out for him . I received no communication even though he had my mobile number and email address . At 22:00 I shut the interconnecting door and turned off the hall light . It’s a pity he didn’t turn up or give me a text , call or email saying he’d be late or couldn’t come . I would have purchased the chair if I liked it and it was suitable , but because there was no communication , he has lost the company a sale .”
