“I have used NWIS for over 30 years for a range of insurance services - house, car and travel. Members of staff have always been, without exception, helpful, friendly and efficient. No doubt I could have shopped around more for cheaper deals, but when I have there have invariably been issues such as higher excesses. The ability to discuss terms and needs face to face is preferable to dealing with an offshore telephone 'helpline'.”
