“**Update to original review, Michelle who owns the company contacted me to talk about my experience, she was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to apologise for my experience and happy to say yes I would recommend Neuaura, companies have teething problems but it says a lot about the company in how they handle negative feedback, Michelle was attentive and listened to my experience and I can honestly say went above and beyond to prove they are willing to work with their client base, thank you for getting in touch and making me feel a lot better about buying from you again in the future**
I contacted the company when I was halfway through my first bottle to see if nausea was a side effect, I received no response from the company, I persevered for another two months (3 in total) and the nausea has got worse, upon speaking with my doctor, she advised I stop immediately to see if it dissipates, I’ve tried contacting the company to halt my subscription as I’ve been unable to log on to my account, I receive emails to my email account but when I try to log in it tells me my account doesn’t exist which seems strange considering they take money from my credit card every month, I’ve sent another email and hopefully will get a response this time, I used their chat feature and was told my confirmation of cancellation would be sent through but still waiting to hear anything. I’m sure this works for many but if you are one who has issues with it cancelling the subscription is a bit of a nightmare, email only and no phone contact information! Sadly not feeling the love for this company that so many others rave about, hopefully someone gets back to me and I can update my review more favourably!”
