“The deodorant works fine. Their ability to run a subscription service and deliver items is terrible.
I placed an order on 28/10/21 for a top up. My chosen product wasn't in stock. Fine, I'll order some different ones. Order doesn't arrive, these things happen it's annoying but OK. They offer to send another order, which also never arrives. I contact them again and they send me the tracking information for someone else's order, someone in Germany! I am in the UK and a little check would have spotted that. I'm given some excuse about warehouse screw ups and another order is on the way, apparently.
During my multitude of contacts, I requested a refund, which was ignored. I have never been offered a discount, only empty words and i've been waiting 6 weeks for a subscription service to actually send me something, which is frankly ridiculous.
So it seems when fussy get it right, they're great. The product is good. When things don't go right you'll sit with stinky armpits spending all your time writing emails to them and growing ever smellier with the rage sweats and the odour of extreme disappointment!”
