About Footstools Direct:

A leading UK furniture manufacturer and online retailer, we have sold our footstools and bespoke furniture to more than 25,000 UK customers since 2007.

Based in Leeds we operate from a dedicated factory where our skilled craftsmen and women manufacture bespoke and standard footstools, seating cubes, drum stools, ottomans and modular furniture.

Choose your furniture from our website and we’ll usually deliver within 4 – 7 working days.

Our craftsmen and women use the finest available materials, 95% of which are sourced within a five mile radius of our Leeds factory. That's both good for the environment and the local economy. Everything is then rigorously quality checked before it is packed and leaves our premises.

“My new footstool arrived today. Gave the wine coloured one to my sister and she loves it. Got a wheat coloured one for myself and I love it. Really well made. The customer service was excellent. Really helped me to get the colour I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to everyone”

“Product is fine. My issue is that the website says free delivery in mainland UK, I live in Inverness, which last time I looked, was on the mainland of the UK, yet I was charged £30 delivery fee. there was no email or telephone number available to follow up on that order. I would not recommend to people in the highlands for that reason!!”

Hi Antony I'm sorry to hear that the delivery cost to your location was prohibitive and that the information you received was not clear. It should have read "Free delivery excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands" and we apologise if this was not made clear when you placed your order.
