Vorallem loben muss ich jedoch die Produktqualität und vorallem natürlich den Service! Der Customer-Service beantwortet innerhalb weniger Tage die Anfragen ausführlich und höflich. Zwar konnte mein Kundenwunsch (Austausch des Sprungdeckels durch einen anderen Sprungdeckels eines anderen Modells) nicht erfüllt werden aufgrund technischer Spezifikationen aber die Motivation und der Ehrgeiz der Belegschafft, das Produktionsteam zu informieren und eine mögliche Lösung des Problemes zu finden, ist goldwert und defintiv nicht zu vernachlässigen :) (Vielleicht ein kleiner Anreiz für Dalvey für eine neue Modellreihe)
Alles im Allem muss ich sagen, dass ich sehr glücklich bin durch Zufall, per Werbung auf das Unternehmen gestoßen zu sein.

First, I actually was able to talk to a live customer service representative that answered all my questions in 5 minutes. He was also very pleasant and professional. The ordering process was easy including the custom engraving. Once the order was placed, I received both a confirmation of the order but also information regarding when the order was processed and shipped. This email also included a link to track the shipment and the delivery date. The package arrived on time. The compass and workmanship were beautiful.
