“This was my first experience with the Dalvey Products. I was looking for a very special gift for a cardiologist who saved my husband’s life.
First of all the company communication is “top notch”. I had many questions and contacted them through email several times, and had such prompt, immediate responses. They always responded with such eagerness, politeness and willingness to help you. They could not do enough to make sure you were happy with their product and the end result.
I finally decided on what I was ordering, which was difficult as they have so many amazing products. I chose the compass and had it specially engraved.
Though I myself made an error in my order and quickly caught it and emailed them right away in a panic!!
