“I wanted to purchase a pocket watch and cuff links for my partner, to give him as a gift on the morning of our wedding in December 2020. After much googling he sent me a link to Dalvey and some designs he liked.
I noticed on the site that you can purchase both of the items I wanted as a gift set but the colour I wanted was not available in a set. I contacted Dalvey via email and the response I got back was amazing. They offered to make me the set with the items I wanted at no extra charge and truly went above and beyond to help me. I had the watch engraved and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. My fiancé is going to be blown away when he sees the set. The items I received are of an exceptional high quality and I can’t recommend the company enough. The customer service experience is one of the best I’ve ever received, from making the initial enquiry via email, placing my order and a follow up email after delivery to ensure I was happy with the items I received. “Awesome quick delivery and watch was delivered to the U.S in a quick manner. The only reason not a full 5 star review is that there is a slight color variation if the mother of pear blue between the watch face and The fob drop.
But other than that, watch is awesome”

I understand the issue to which you're referring: it is a consequence of the natural mother-of-pearl varying in terms of its opalescence. We ensure that we pair close matches, but sometimes there are indeed slight colour variations.

“Yesterday, I purchased a Dalvey pocket watch and requested specialist engraving (a picture) and i have received this today! I was shocked at how quick this was done.
I have been in contact with the customer service team a few times to discuss the picture I wished to be engraved and always had a very speedy, friendly and helpful response. The price was reasonable for engraving service, they sent me a copy of the artwork from the engraver to ensure I was happy with the drawing before it was engraved onto the watch. Overall the service was excellent and would use them in the future. The quality of the watch, the presentation and the engraving is absolutely stunning. I cannot fault one thing about this company.
