LCCL Construction is an award-winning design and build company based in Finchley, London N3, specialising in loft conversions, house extensions, home renovations, new builds and architectural design services across London and Hertfordshire. Founded over 20 years ago, we have completed 350+ projects and built a reputation as one of London's most trusted construction companies.

We are LABC Award Winners 2024 for Best Residential Extension in London, LABC Registered Partners and members of the National Federation of Builders.

Our services include dormer, L-shaped, mansard, hip to gable and Velux loft conversions, rear extensions, side return extensions, kitchen extensions, wraparound extensions and double storey house extensions, full home renovations, new builds and a complete architectural design service covering planning permission, building regulations, structural calculations, party wall agreements and project management.

“Alex is super professional and on the ball at all times. He always thinks ahead and won't let you down. All his teams, from bricklayers, carpentry to electrics, roofing, tiling, painting, flooring and plumbing are excellent and hard working. They are all friendly yet professional. They are conscientious and want the job to be well done. Would really recommend this company that has a lot of experience working across London and with the different Councils, especially with garden and loft extensions. We are very happy with our loft extension which includes a brand new kitchen. LCCL showed great attention to detail. They did a fantastic job!”

“House extension design and build services from LCCL construction, was professional, trustworthy on time and budget. Found them to be very reliable, do as they say and make sure all is to the high standard of finish. We heavily relied on them to deliver the project successfully as we both work full time and have a daughter with no time for build, LCCL construction construction made sure all it is executed perfectly to our expectations and timelines, design took 3 months, the build itself construction part was completed very quickly within a month whole extension was build externally and internally took a other month and half including kitchens and windows which was very impressive. Would highly recommend.”
