I ordered a cot on the 20th November 2020 I went on the website for a update said order was dispatched with no delivery date I have emailed several times no response from this company I've also tried to call but all you get is a message to say mailbox is full this is probably from all the customers that have been scam trying to get there money back.Now when you try to go on there website saids web page is no longer available.I have now contacted PayPal who have said they have sent a email to the company to try and resolve issue I just want a refund now as I have no trust in this company what so ever please do not give your money to these thieves I have had nothing but stress trying to get mine back im now £500 out of pocket with baby due very soon just disgusting

I have been awaiting my order since November. I placed a pre-order. In mid December I received notification that it would be cancelled, despite not asking for that. My item hasn’t arrived, I now can’t access the website even. They have taken the money and not sent out a product. After multiple emails, they haven’t replied. I’ve opened a case on PayPal in an attempt to receive my refund now.

I ordered my grandson a presant on the 9th November 2020 ever came wear house and then manufactured product problem I've asked for a refund its now January 8th 2021.

Still waiting for a refund for (one item not in stock)and still waiting for a delivery! That is in stock!. Numerous emails with no responce! Also has anyone got the number for this place I cant seem to find it on their website when I could get into it. Was only giving me email option

Have had to proceed with FCA and TSO formal complaints as have still not received a refund for a product they couldn’t deliver and didn’t bother to tell us for a month! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Awful service. Ordered a bike as a Christmas present for my son in October for a November delivery. It didn’t arrive so I emailed them and got a response 2 weeks later saying there was a delay. We stuck with it hoping it would arrive in time. It didn’t. We emailed on 7 December and are still waiting for a response. I now can’t get on their website and if I phone it says the mailbox is full. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered from them. I fear the money taken will not be retrieved. It was brought for my son by his grandparents who don’t have credit cards or PayPal.

I have the same experience as the recent reviews below - order placed in November, two of six items arrived relatively quickly but subsequent emails from the company old me of delays on some items but assurances of delivery on others. One of the other four items was received a month late, and after I had cancelled it and requested a refund. Other items are still not refunded, and there is no returns information for the item that arrived too late (I obtained it very quickly from another vendor). So frustrating and stressful in the lead up to Christmas. If this company is still trading, I would never purchase from it again.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED With the benefit of hindsight, I should have heeded the previous review warnings and shopped elsewhere. It is clear that when things go wrong, as they often seem to do, Precious Little One Ltd (PLO) have an unacceptable level of customer service. I will not be tempted to shop there again; once bitten, twice shy!! My own experience is similar to many others – placed and paid for a website order on 14 November 2020. My order was confirmed the same day and I was told it was being prepared for dispatch –which gives the customer the impression that the goods were actually held in stock. As it transpired this was not the case as, on 25 November 2020, I received an email from PLO telling me that the manufacturer had advised them of a delay, so my order could not be fulfilled until possibly February 2021. I was offered either an exchange or a refund and I notified them the same day that I wanted a full refund. My request for that refund subsequently prompted a string of automated email messages (ie: Tickets) promising further contact from PLO Customer Service team usually within 5-7 working days. Nearly 3 weeks later, on 12 December 2020, an email was received confirming my order had now been cancelled and that a refund would be made and, I quote: “please allow 10 to 14 days for the funds to reach your account”. To date, 16 working days have elapsed, and my refund has still not been received. This gives me the impression that this (yet further) delay is a deliberate ploy to preserve the company’s liquidity and manage their cash flow, notwithstanding the order I placed and then confirmed for dispatch wasn’t physically in stock at the time of my order. I would be tempted to refer to this business as fraudulent.

WORST BABY COMPANY OUT THERE. I pre-ordered a nursing chair on 24th September and the day it was supposed to be dispatched (30th November) they emailed me to say it wasn't available and to pick a completely different item or get a refund. I asked for a refund but have received nothing other than emails saying they're still working on the ticket. I then received an email out of nowhere on December 9th saying that my item is going to be dispatched from their warehouse on 26th February - 4months after I ordered it, 1 month after my baby is due and 10days after I have already requested a refund and the cancellation of this order. I have tried calling, emailing, filling in their contact page and only received an email on 16th December saying they have cancelled my order but I still needed to wait 10-14 days for it to arrived - although I no longer have any trust it will actually arrive even within that excessive period time. As a result I am now £200 out of pocket at the worst possible time of year and have had to order the item from another company to have it arrive in time for my baby.

I wish I'd have read reviews before ordering with this company. Ordered a birthday gift for my god daughter in september, still waiting! Emailed 3 times and heard nothing!! Disgusting company and customer service would advise anyone against ordering with this company!! Complete waste of time and money!

Reading all these reviews it seems I’m in the same boat as most. In October I ordered a trike on pre order for Christmas, dispatch date was just November, so I knew it should be there on time. I emailed at the end of November to ask when the exact dispatch date was and they told me the last day of November and should be delivered in the first few days of December. When it wasn’t I went to email them and realised I had an email in my junk to tell me there was issues with the manufacturer and they would give me updates. I haven’t heard anything since despite me filling out a contact form and emailing them twice. The lack of communication is absolutely shocking and I will never order from her again.

DISGUSTING SCAMMING COMPANY DISGUSTING SCAMMING COMPANY, HORRIFIC ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE’ Ordered my daughters Christmas present mid November, had a few emails over the coming weeks saying it had been delayed. Two weeks before Christmas I asked why it still hadnt arrived and had no response. They then emailed saying it had been dispatched; I knew full well it hadn’t as they clearly never had it in stock. YODELs website still says they’re awaiting the shipment and I have had no contact since despite numerous emails. No delivery and no refund. Will be taking it further.

Very poor customer service. I placed this order on 30 October 2020. A whole month later I received an email to say it wasn’t in stock and were unable to provide any estimated delivery timescales. I replied to this the very next day and asked for a refund. I then waited a whole two weeks for this to be acknowledged. I was told that an email would take 7-10 days to process and then a further 3-5 days to clear. I replied to ask why it would take so long and I am still yet to receive a reply or a refund and am still waiting a reply to the PayPal dispute that I have since raised too. I definitely won’t be using this company again and would suggest others don’t either.
