Very poor customer service. I placed this order on 30 October 2020. A whole month later I received an email to say it wasn’t in stock and were unable to provide any estimated delivery timescales. I replied to this the very next day and asked for a refund. I then waited a whole two weeks for this to be acknowledged. I was told that an email would take 7-10 days to process and then a further 3-5 days to clear. I replied to ask why it would take so long and I am still yet to receive a reply or a refund and am still waiting a reply to the PayPal dispute that I have since raised too. I definitely won’t be using this company again and would suggest others don’t either.
