“Fourth order from Winebuyers. I don’t usually leave reviews but the customer service was up there with the best I have ever experienced. I needed some wine for an event super last minute the estimated delivery date what’s the day of the event, so I called Winebuyers to confirm it will definitely arrive on time.
They went above and beyond. I must’ve received six emails, updating me on delivery, and a lovely lady called Emma called me as soon as they saw it had been delivered (a bit spooky) to confirm everything was okay. Today, I received another email asking if I enjoyed the wine and if the event went well. This is how customer service should be done. Put other companies to shame.”
