“Good service but I felt that the shipping fee was excessive (£3.49 for something that could have gone with large letter postage)”

“Happy with the product but very disappointed with after sales service and product literature.There should have been product booklet in English language but it was not.Had to get supplier print a copy from website and send it.One would assume that as it is sold in England there would be English booklet for user. On despatch of product,it was very slow of supplier to communicate and to reply the customers emails on this front”

“Hopeless service. I did not receive my parcel yet. I tried calling Wellnostics customer service number and left my details on their voice mail with my details and they never bothered to return my call. I contacted DPD courier service who say that I should contact Wellnostics. I have been going on in circles, no luck yet. I am surprised that Wellnostics sent me an email asking to submit a review when I have not received the parcel.”

“Really angry with the packaging , sent in a Jiffy bag , inner box was damaged and one seal missing from box so I have no way of determining whether this has already been used . Poor”

“I don’t have diabetes but occasionally suffer from low blood sugar so was keen to have my own blood sugar monitor for peace of mind. The kit was great value for money as is everything I expected it to be. Very satisfied.”

“Placed the order on the Tuesday AM - Delivery 1-3 days as stated on their website. By the Saturday it had not arrived or had any further communication. So I tried to email and phone them and even Tweet them but got no response. So i raised a Paypal complaint, low and behold i got an email saying product was on way soon after. Item has now arrived but no comms from the company. Poor customer service.”
