Placed the order on the Tuesday AM - Delivery 1-3 days as stated on their website. By the Saturday it had not arrived or had any further communication. So I tried to email and phone them and even Tweet them but got no response. So i raised a Paypal complaint, low and behold i got an email saying product was on way soon after. Item has now arrived but no comms from the company. Poor customer service.
