“I've been using the vegan collogen for two months nearly and dont seem to be noticing a difference yet. I also tried the omega and it unfortunately does still have a sea-like taste afterwards. It's not as bad if u take right in the middle of a meal though. I find the subscription system quite confusing and this caused an issue the first time I ordered the product but feel did resolve this at no extra cost to myself-however the package was delivered by evri and this was difficult to locate. Would be good to be able to choose a courier in future...”

We understand that results from our Pro Collagen can take a little time to show, especially since collagen production is a gradual process. Most customers report seeing visible benefits after consistent use for at least 8–12 weeks, so it’s great that you’re nearing that point, we’re hopeful you’ll start to notice changes soon! Regarding the Omega-3, we appreciate your feedback. As it’s made from algae rather than fish, it does have a natural marine, but taking it with food, just as you’ve been doing, is a great approach to help minimise that aftertaste. We’re also sorry to hear you found the subscription system confusing and experienced difficulty with the delivery. While we currently partner with Evri for most orders, your feedback is noted, and we’ll pass it on to our logistics team, we understand how important flexibility is, and it's something we’re working to improve. “My subscription was out of stock, so I was notified about it & told I’d be notified when it was back in stock & item sent as soon as it can. I don’t recall being notified that the item was back in stock but as I got a dispatched notification it was clearly back in stock & arrived in time for me to miss no doses.”

“Since I started taking the Feel daily biotic, it has helped so much when I have to take antibiotics now, They have really made such a difference to me and the reaction to the antibiotics I used to have. I am now also taking the multivitamin and I have really noticed the difference in how I feel and my mood, I feel so much better for taking them and would highly recommend them”
