“Second time I've ordered, both times they were delivered next day. Tablets were genuine. Customer service was fine, sometimes they take a little while to answer whatsapp but that's understandable and they do answer so don't panic lol”

“Good product, fast delivery but always seem to run out of stock, I have tried other companies when ukpromed is out of stock but the products are usually fake, so I recommend ukpromed, only complaint is not enough stock”

“Awesome service - royal mail messed up the 24hrs delivery but because I'd been given the tracking details the moment it was posted it was easy to know it was on its way and no fault of ukpromed. Products and service excellent as always and payment method now much easier than bank transfer.”

“I previously wrote a 5-star review. It arrived quickly and genuine tables. However this time it still arrived quickly but only 35 dihydrocodeine arrived instead of 50. I've messaged them on WhatsApp and will call them tomorrow. Bit worried because when I click the contact button it comes up with Web page not found. I have pancreatitis which recently became necrotic (dead) and then became infected and was in hospital intensive care unit for a week and in hospital 3 weeks in total, I was on intravenous morphine directly into my veins and was in excruciating pain like my insides were exploding. It's still very painful so I do really rely on the tablets. Hopefully they'll see m review and I'll come back and change it if the issue gets rectified.”
