“Bar received with several scratches and blemishes. Obviously previously installed. Other than that, nicely build equipment and it came with appropriately sized lag bolts (some online reviews say it does not). Would’ve a great purchase if not for the bar that was sent.”

“I understand this is a scratch and dent item, but to ship a barbell without any protection seems wrong. It showed up at my front door with just a shipping labeled attached with a zip tie. The barbell is as expected, but I am sure it picked up some more scraches while being shipped to me.”

“I will never order anything from Titan Fitness again. I wanted to return the item within 2 days of its arrival. It didn’t meet what I wanted it for. Having paid $96 total, I was told there would be a restocking fee of $20. After having to photograph the item so it showed unused (after 2 days) I was given “permission” to return it. At the pack n ship, I was told it would be $60 to return it. Needless to say, working with your company is a disaster. In the future, I will spend the little extra to purchase from Rogue. It’s a shame that your customer service does not match the quality of the product. I do business with companies that are concerned about their customers, not just about making a dollar.”

“X-3 Rack, so well packaged and shipped. Obviously, very heavy boxes, extremely well padded. All powder coating and welds were great. The hardware was excellent, especially compared to a different brand's bench. Very impressed.”
