“With he game seasons coming up and moving to a new shoot with some higher birds I opted to go for the 3/8 and 5/8 chokes - tested on some clays last weekend and I was impressed - hitting the clays hard although some of the close clays I was a little off target - great chokes, great service and very impressed - now need to stop looking at other chokes and buying the complete set :-)”
“I recently ordered Teague MT6 Perazzi chokes. I ordered online and paid through PayPal. The process was simple and painless. Important information such as actual choke constrictions and nominal bore diameter were specified on your website. That's the minimum we should expect from online service.
Subsequently, I received a friendly email that one or more of the items required manufacturing and the shipment would be delayed. The order shipped three days later which hardly counts as a delay.
Later I ordered one additional choke. Again I received a friendly email (thanks Laura George) asking if I wanted US or UK markings on the extended section. That you offer the choice I think is exceptional service. For me it didn't matter US or UK but I was unaware from the ordering process that this was even an option. So maybe that's something you would like to be aware of.
In the US Briley is the large manufacturer of chokes. They list MT6 chokes as special order custom manufacture items. Their prices were slightly more than yours and their delivery time was indeterminate. The fact that you offer MT6 chokes, which are basically obsolete, as a stocked (mostly) item is in itself pleasantly surprising.
In summary, the chokes are fantastic, the service is fantastic, and I couldn't be happier that I conducted business with you. Thank you.”
“Beautifully made, well finished. I have not had a chance to use the new choke but have been very pleased with my existing chokes. I like the Choke tool as it allows the right amount of torque to be applied without risking a key damaging the choke or breaking. Great marking of the constriction. I also like the extension for handling the choke on installation and removal. Personally, as a clay shooter, I also like the look it gives to the end of the barrels. It is unmistakably the Teague look.”
“I recently bought 4 chokes, skeet, light mod, & two imp cylinder, all for the same gun. The skeet & light mod fit perfectly. Neither of the imp cylinder fit. I have sent two emails asking for assistance with an exchange or replacement. It's been a week, and no one from Teague has responded. I'm so disappointed. I don't want my money back, I just want 2 chokes that will fit my gun. Based on my experience, I can only say "buyer beware". In my opinion, Teague is not interested in providing good customer service.”
“Tube fits perfectly in my TM1. It's very hard to find Gen1 factory tubes especially at this price. My only issue is my wrench doesn't work because the OD on the Teague tube is larger.”
“This Invector + 1/2 is to give me a matching size in both barrels for my Miroku, originally only supplied from new with a Teague 3/4, 1/2 and 1/4. Being a Beretta man all my shooting life this is my first experience with Browning type chokes. The major difference is a male Morse taper style of key and female choke interior. It works, however, both chokes came loose during my second round with the gun, and then finding myself constantly checking their security, must carry the choke key in future, my only negative comment, reminded me of a DT10. The choke itself is just superbly made, even the external engraving is razor sharp. Then best of all was the patterns achieved, wow, was this just my perception, new toys are always great. So same targets I know very well, DT11, same 32" and 1/2 chokes. Teague won, I hit the same 50/50 but the difference in how the clays disappeared was very noticeable, what I would call the star burst effect, when you know that you have connected as perfectly as possible. Well done Teague. Xmas is coming, I know what the DT11 wants.”
