“My experience with the Beaumont Leys branch is very poor.Not all but most of the staff are very rude when being spoken to, the problem I had didn’t get resolved until multiple phone calls with this branch. I stuck with them because the prices are amazing and I didn’t want the hassle of moving to another opticians because this one is local to me but after not exactly doing what they said they was going to do, I have now cancelled my membership. Such a shame!
However they’re was a few individuals which were lovely and made me feel very welcome her name was lucy and a another older lady that helped me pick my glasses! Very good sales woman.

“Do not take your glasses here. Dropped my glasses off to have a arm repaired that had snapped off .An arm of a different colour was fitted but was fitted at a angle pointing down about a inch when I tried to straighten this the lens popped out then glasses snapped in half .totally useless service”
“HAD TO CALL AFTER A WEEK TO INQUIRE WHEN GLASSES WOULD BE READY...THEY WERE NOT SUITABLE SO HAD TO TAKE THEM BACK...ANOTHER WEEK PASSED AND HAD TO CALL AGAIN....SERVICE IS APPALLING”
“DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! Horrible experience, some of the staff, including the optometrist, very rude and careless. Online booking system didn't work, I had to get back one week later. They make you feel NOT welcome at all and when I went to collect my glasses, guess what.... it's worst than it was before.”
“This branch are now too big to care. If a senior you are invisible. Impossible for them to apologise for messing up order. Even front of house manager had absolutley no empathy what so ever.
Got refund, but no compensation for wasted journey of 54 mile round trip.
Have used this branch before but never, never again.”
