My experience with the Beaumont Leys branch is very poor.Not all but most of the staff are very rude when being spoken to, the problem I had didn’t get resolved until multiple phone calls with this branch. I stuck with them because the prices are amazing and I didn’t want the hassle of moving to another opticians because this one is local to me but after not exactly doing what they said they was going to do, I have now cancelled my membership. Such a shame! However they’re was a few individuals which were lovely and made me feel very welcome her name was lucy and a another older lady that helped me pick my glasses! Very good sales woman. Thankyou for you’re service! I hope you take this into consideration and hopefully turn this branch into a happy, healthy and positive environment for you’re customers! Take care
