“Really pleased with job from start to finish, I rang up made an appointment for surveyor to come round agreed where boiler was going and I had it fitted the week after by a fantastice bunch of guys who left everything nice clean and tidy, I would highly recommend simply warmereply.”

“Rang simply warmer re prices didn't want a visit and hard sell rep calling. Gary came to discussed options. Our boiler had stopped working the previous week. After ringing various company's and tired of the hard sell technique Gary was straight to the point he came Monday arranged the boiler to be fitted Friday by Matty. He arrived early lovely guy straight on the job.Despite offers of bacon sandwiches tea coffee etc he said he preferred to get on with the job. He did just that, a clean and tidy worker, the electrician sorted the electrics efficiently and sorted the timer. Our house has never been warmer highly recommend the Worcester boiler as we have a Victorian terrace and high ceilings. The ideal boiler although amazingly functioned for ten years never provided the heat as good as this.I highly recommend the team that dealt with our installation thank you all .”

“Simple and easy to deal with, no pushy sales man brilliant fitters leaving everything tidy and clean we had a slight leak 2 days after fitting from under the new boiler which I'm sure can happen sometimes and credit to the guys they were here to fix it within an hour traveling 30 miles down the M6 turned out to be a slightly loose water pipe very impressed.”

“From contacting the Company to boiler installation was 2 days. The consultant, Chris Barry, was very professional and knew his products well. He advised us on the best boiler and gave us a Nest controller that we LOVE! The Installer was awesome, explained everything, checked the safety of all our gas products and gave great advice for how to get the best efficiency from the system and cleaned up after himself leaving everything clean. The system works great and we are finally warm.
