“Bought a pair of boots from Shoon Bath store, the fit was a little loose and the sales assistant suggested using an insole which i agreed might work. Took the boots home and tried an insole which didn’t work. Took the boots back and was told I couldn’t have a refund only a credit note. This was never stated at point of sale but was then told it does say that on the receipt (a little too late)And i thought the consumer had the right to have their money back if not satisfied. Will never shop at this store again.”

“ORDERED 2 PAIRS,AND PAID FOR 2 PAIRS,ONLY TO BE TOLD A FEW DAYS LATER THAT 1 PAIR WOULD NOT BE SENT OUT AS IT WAS DAMAGED. RECEIVED THAT REFUND . SENT THE OTHER PAIR BACK,STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND!”

“Selling a product that they didn't have - the shoes I had were two left feet when they checked before despatch. Should have been checked before offering for sale. Means a 2-3 day delay before I get my money back, which is also poor.”
