I had payed extra for fast delivery.
One week is not I have payed for.
I expect to get back the money I have payed for fast delivery.”

Yes we agree. UPS did not deliver the item within the specified timeframe. Unfortunately delivery is out of our hands once we hand the package to UPS. Generally they are spot on but not in this instance. We will issue a refund for the next day delivery costs.
