4.5 years ago we updated all our kitchen appliances with new Samsung ones. The panel on the stove stated flashing within 6 months. The refrigerator is a nightmare to clean with taking the shelves apart, and yesterday the microwave stopped working. My last time with this brand!! Never buy these products.

We have a 1year old Samsung dishwasher that started leaking within 2 months of purchase. We were told it's easy to clean the filter, what a joke! You have to remove 8 screws to get at the filter which seems to need cleaning once a month. Our old maytag was on e a year. Samsung needs to stick with electronics cause they're applications aren't worth the paper they're written on. 3yr old Samsung fridge and the ice maker quot. Come to find out the fridge has an internal leak. $2,000 for a fridge that lasted 3yrs. Junk! Don't buy!! I'd love the opportunity to chat with someone from Samsung.

Phoned aerial socket came out of, 8 months old tv, with aerial when I removed it. After several options to select I eventually spoke to an advisor who appeared to be helpful and considerate. Gave me the number of their authorised repair service and asked me to leave a review. I was at that point quite happybtgat my problem was resolved and so left a positive review. Only when I phoned the repair service was I told that the repair was not covered under the warranty and it would cost approx £200. Classed as accidentally damage. I would not have given such a positive review in the first place and will avoid samsung products in the future

I'm from Telangana, Hyderabad. I have purchased washing machine last year,it's Top load .Im really very shocked how you people manufacture this kind of product either it wash the clothes or drain the water utterly waste product I have purchased ,it's continuously working without any use ,just to wash the clothes it's taking 6 hrs apart from that all the clothes are Dirty, Sometimes I feel like to break the machine , stucking at 18mins & it will stop automatically ,No spin & no drain. Is there anyone facing the same issue?? I want to return this product to the company or I have to file case in consumer court. I'm still wondering how to drain water from the machine .Not even a single strain removed from the clothes.This is WiFi model To some extent it has to clean the clothes but a big NO .I'm really really very very upset with this product.. Service waste Customer care they only loot PPL If executive will visit our place they will charge 750 rs but they don't resolve our problem ,they simply say all the washing machine are same ,then why there are introducing this kind of stupid products, bluffing the customer's Will share the pics too.wate waste waste .

Every aspect of their customer service is absolute garbage. Firestick TV app disappeared all of a sudden. I tried downloading it and it didn't come up at all. I contact chat support only to take forever to get through a bot and finally chat with a real person. This person was clueless and did nothing to help. I give up and decide to call only to take another 10 mins. or so avoiding bots to finally speak to a human being. The only problem was that he sounded Indian with a super thick accent. I apologized and asked if I could speak to someone else that I might be able to understand better. After pulling teeth on that one, I finally get another rep only to find out he also had a super thick, hard to understand accent. After going through this process and NOT BEING ABLE TO UNDERSTAND 3 DIFFERENT SUPPORT AGENTS I gave up! I'm currently looking for a completely new TV set having nothing to do with Samsung! They F@CK!NG SUCK!

We have switched to Samsung and find the products to be great We have 3 TV’s 1 microwave 1 x fridge freezer We’ve had x1 call for the microwave and this was dealt with speedily We like that most items come with 5 years warranty - subject to registration of course It would be great if that this was not conditional and automatic 5 years - subject to proof of purchase of course We are likely to stick with Samsung 👍🏼

Vacuum online awful serviceAwful experience. Ordered vacuum weeks ago. Picked a delivery date and received 2 sets of information regarding delivery. I had picked 22nd April. Did not arrive and no one called me to say they couldn't deliver despite that date being confirmed. The delivery company apologised saying no driver booked. Called samsung who said could try organise delivery the next day and if not would sort refund. Received no notification. Emailed and was told it's in warehouse so nothing they can do so I will need to have delivered and reject it and which I could get a refund weeks later. Awful experience will definitely not buy from the again. The guy has me on hold now claiming to check options. Not only do I have no vacuum but have to wait months for a refund and no reimbursement for being home waiting for delivery nor hours wasted in communication! Do not buy from Samsubg online!

Wow, just when you thought customer service couldn't get any worse, along comes Samsung to shatter your expectations! My recent experience with their online store has left me seething with frustration and disbelief. I mean, imagine waiting eagerly for a package, only to have the delivery person snap a photo of your house and declare delivery impossible without even attempting to contact you. And when you turn to customer service for help, you're met with nothing but incompetence and indifference. It's enough to make your blood boil! Samsung's utter disregard for their customers is truly shocking. How can a company of their stature allow such blatant incompetence to persist? It's clear they have no respect for the people who keep their business afloat. Consider this a cautionary tale for anyone thinking of buying from Samsung. Unless you enjoy being treated like dirt and wasting your hard-earned money on subpar service, steer clear of their online store. Trust me, you'll thank me later!

The washer I purchased was defective after 15 months. They offered to refund The washer. That was 3 weeks ago. Ive been calling to know when they will come and get the washer but no one can answer. Ive sent emails that remained unanswered. Noone can tell me if I will receive à call one day or not. Meanwhile, Ive been without à washer for the past month. The thing is, Ive been à samsung client since they have been releasing phones in Canada. I have phones, tvs, fridge stove dishwasher etc.... I really thought I would get great service since I believed in the company. Well it was my first time dealing with their client care service and that was my experience. Its the story that wont end. Horrible service. I wont be so loyal to à company anymore.

Nobody in Samsung seems to know the standards of their own products. They need a 3rd party external engineer to confirm either way. My experience was the engineer visited to resolve an issue, failed to resolve the issue. Upon saying the same issue was there it was deemed "good enough". Escalated up the chain thinking Samsung would look after their customers and it was just a bad engineer. Nope, they kept repeating the same despite there CLEARLY being an issue. Having looked around online I can see across Samsung's product range the lack of support and resolving issues seems common. Shame as they used to be good, not any more.

Samsung does not take accountability for its poor products. We have a three month old Samsung top loading washer that no longer works due to the control board being fried. This product was recalled, yet the customer support agent we spoke with insisted it was the outlet in our home that was the issue. Mind you, this washer has worked fine for three months on this outlet. The customer service agent was uneducated, unhelpful, and rude. I should have better researched the company before purchasing. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for all electronic products.

Bought a new dishwasher from Samsung, arrived 3 days later, which was very fast. After they unboxed it found it was broken. Immediately got on the phone with samsung and was told that since they had to ship another dishwasher, Samsung considered this a replacement and we had to wait over 30 days to get a replacement as Samsung does not provide the same fast shipping if they have to replace a unit that was shipped damage. Escalated this with Samsung and BBB and was contacted by an escalation member who just claimed they were working to see if they could get it shipped sooner. Often did not get back to us and now over two weeks in to working with them we are no closer to getting the replacement unit. Basically stalling. Usually love Samsung customer service and own many of their products however after talking to Samsung order support they let is know that Samsung does not value customer experience and that it is their policy to slow ship what they call replacements, even though when we bought the unit it included the fact shipping. Terrible experience and very disappointed.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! I'd give it 0 stars if I could. 17month old Fridge/Freezer linings breaking up, hundreds of similar examples on line. Samsung are fully aware of these issues & have issued a (highly confidential) document about it, have admitted the cause of the linings cracking with minimal use is due to insufficient insulation being inserted. Linings are so thin you could put a fingernail through them & where its gone into a hole it is hollow yet Samsung still claim this is NOT a manufacturing defect but down to customer misuse if it happens after 3 months. Yeah right! They actually told me is was a drainage hole!! Unbelievable how many people out there are 'misusing' their appliances. 5 year warranty not worth the paper it's written on. Can't see how their energy efficiency claims stack up if there isn't enough insulation in the f/freezers. Appalling company to deal with, couldn't care less once they've got your money & have no conscience about these appliances ending up in landfill well before their life expectancy. Beyond awful. All I wanted to do was register a new cell phone. Could not do it online. Four different reps could not figure out how to do it. Finally was told maybe I just don't know how to do it. All they had to do was ask for the serial number. They need major help

Samsung S22+ The latest software update erased all of my stored data from the notes on my home screen. Through all of the past updates this has never happened and just the fact that this has happened is wildly UNACCEPTABLE! Unfortunately, I have been in contact with 2 tech agents and have informed me that there is no way to recover this information. I spent 40 minutes with the first tech and another 40 minutes with the second. I have been told that there is no way to restore this personal information. This is a massive violation of someone's personal device and unforgivable. I have never wanted to own any Apple products, and have never been this unhappy with a Samsung product. The only smartphones that I have owned have been Samsung but this will now change as this unacceptable loss of personal data would have never happened on an iPhone. Samsung has sent Apple a new customer.
