“As per previous reviews - should’ve read them before buying from this company. The stated max time frame is 1-15 days to transfer but it took over 6 weeks. Staff are very argumentative rather than apologetic. A simple email stating there *may* be delays and acknowledging this beforehand would’ve been helpful. In hindsight i wish I’d paid extra and dealt with a far more professional company. The fact that they leave condescending comments on people’s bad reviews here tells you EVERYTHING you need to know in advance of dealing with them. Wouldn’t recommend at all.”

Thank you for your review. I'm very sorry that your transfer has been delayed due to the DVLA strikes. It's as frustrating for you as it is us. We state that the transfer normally takes 1-15 working days, but unfortunately experienced delays due to the strikes. I can see that one of my colleagues went out of their way to inform you as soon as we got notification that your transfer has been supplied - We will always communicate to customers as soon as your transfer has been approved.
