“Very easy to purchase, couldn’t fault the customer service. Couldn’t be beaten on price! Bought a reg as a present for my partner’s 30th and i paid for primo reg to process the transfer and it was very quickly! V5 came back within 4 days! Definitely recommend!”

“Bought a great private plate for my Dodge Ram at a fantastic price. The whole transfer process was seamless, quick and easy. I used the dedicated transfer process. Although the person I spoke to initially on the phone sounded like he was having a bad day ! It was quite late in the day and he had probably dealt with loads of calls. He was professional but totally flat. I had never purchased a private plate before and asked a few questions that were important to me but obviously not to him ? He just told me to look on line for the answers. It would have been much easier to just answer my questions and make this a much nicer experience.”
