Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm very sorry to hear that you've not received your plates and therefore I have investigated this for you. Using the tracking number that we issued to you on the 30th September via text and email, I can see from the Royal Mail website that the Royal Mail have attempted to deliver your plates the following day, the 1st October, but there wasn't anyone in to sign for it. They have left you a card for you to collect from the local sorting office. I would suggest collecting your plates asap from them. Thanks The Primo Team

“Designed to be an internet friendly company. I have one major complaint. The private number that I had chosen & paid for was not available. I received a phone call from Paul an hour or so after completing the transaction to be told it had already been sold. I was offered alternatives and accepted one. However, I needed a private plate and decided to accept the alternative. The process after this point went without a hitch and because I had done everything electronically the process was so quick that I received notification that I could put my plates on the following day.”

“Overall I was pleased how straight forward it was with them doing all the transfer work with DVLA and MoT. My only slight grumble would be i checked the DVLA online on the Friday lunchtime and noticed the transfer had taken place so was able to put my plates on and notify my insurance, I didn’t hear from Primo to tell me this until sometime on the Monday. I’m glad I checked on the Friday myself!”
