“I placed my order on a Thursday which included the new number plates, 11:55 my ID was confirmed, Friday my new number plates arrived using first class postage along with the transfer pack, sent the pack back on the Saturday expecting a week or 2 wait before hearing anything back, the Tuesday after I sent the pack back I recieved an email saying I could put the new plate on and to contact my insurance company to let them know of the change, Friday that week I recieved my new V5C from DVLA, I can only sum this up as outstanding service, this is my first time buying a different plate, ai would use primo again without hesitation.”
