“My transaction & transfer was very prompt & dealt with very well with the female assistant but I called to ask some information & on a different occasion & spoke to a male & he really does need to learn how to speak to paying customers as this surely keeps him employed he was very matter of fact & quite arrogant & I didn't get his name but ime sure he is well known in the office”

“WE paid for next day delivery but did not know the registration certificate came seperatly to the reg plate, had we of known then we wouldn’t have paid extra as it took another 3 days for that to arrive so couldn’t put on car until then.”
