“The initial contact with your company was disappointing, not very good customer service from the man who dealt with our order. His manner certainly had a lot to be desired! Saying that things improved from then on, ,he obviously did his job efficiently as the speed the number plates arrived as well as the registration of the plates at dvla meant that from order date to plates fixed on car was well within two weeks.”
