“After receiving an email and text to say that I could now display my new plates I contacted Primo registrations to be spoken to in a very rude manner by a manager. I had not received my plates after 8 days. After contacting the Royal Mail myself and no trace of the new plates I contacted Primo Registrations again to be answers by a very helpful female and straight away it was arranged for me to get a new set sent. Finally I received my plates after 13 days wait.”

“An excellent service throughout. I opted to take the fully managed service and was not disappointed. My new plates arrived within 3 days with the transfer pack. I simply sent the documents off, in a prepaid envelope. Less than 2 days later, the full transfer was complete and I had a text and email confirming that I could now display my new number plate.
