“Choosing my personal plate choice was so easy . Chose my number given a price ,nothing hidden . They turned up a couple of days later after giving them a copy of my v5. 2 days later they sent me an e-mail telling me i could place my new plates on my car and my new log book with the new plates added would be sent by DVLA.”
