“This was the first time I have used primo reg and I will say one thing the service has been very good. I paid the extra 20 quid and let them deal with the dvla as there dealing with them all the time and didn't need the hassle. They kept me well informed via email and text of what stage they were at in the transfer process and couldn't ask for more the only extra money I had to pay was an admin charge for changing the reg over with my insurance company but not all companies will charge a fee and since purchasing this plate I have been back and purchased another many thanks for the hassle free service.”
