We always advise customers that the transfer will normally be between 1 and 15 working days from receipt of their details, of which I can see that this was within the timeframes given to you. Therefore I'm a little confused as to your poor review. However, I hope that you enjoy your plates. Regards The Primo Team a) Who is Andrew? b) I was told back in November to apply 2-3 days before the desired date c) I paid extra for your company’s expertise Perhaps now you can understand why I think the service I received was poor. (had I not paid, and transferred myself, the transfer would have completed online on time, not a week later) You may decide after reviewing my conversation with your female sales assistant, that your sales staff need further training when informing customers of expected transfer dates, as they are clearly not the same as you think they are.”

“Terrible service cauld not speak to an adviser. Never sent email of confirmation of perchance until l got hold of then eventually by email .Would not recommended PRIMO REG .This was the 6the Private Plate l have brought from different Dealers with no problem at all .”

Thank you for your review. I'm very sorry to hear that you think that our service to be the worst possible. Unfortunately our aftersales department had to close for a short period of time due to staff being hospitalised due to covid. Naturally their health and safety outweighs a small delay in sending you your certificate in the big scheme of things, but I'm sorry that you couldn't talk to an advisor during this time.
