“I wanted to treat myself to my first ever personal number plate. Had a look around online and seen that Primo had great reviews, but more importantly the played that I really wanted re my personal info. A call to the company on Monday 20th April, a few questions answered and I bought the plate. I was expecting a lengthy wait due to the current health issues across the country, but I received an email on Friday 24th April to say that the process had been completed! 4 days wow. I asked that Primo arranged the transfer, plates here yesterday with the fixing kit call to my insurance company and plates on my car. Excellent service. Thanks. DM”

“Do not order from this company Do not order from this company. Placed two orders, trying to cancel and get a refund within 14 days, as per my rights under Consumer Contacts Regulations due to 1 order not be available as promised in a timely manner. Unable to get hold of sales manager, does not work in the main office!!!! Just spoke to Frank who was extremely rude. Staff helpful when selling not so when trying to get your money back. We run a professional company so are fully aware of what good service and should be and consumer rights. Absolutely appalling.”
