“I have given 4*, as I had a problem, and that is I tried to tell the person, I was talking too, about the plate, to tell him it was for my Grandson 21st birthday, and all he would say is "we don't need to know that", which left me panicking as the birthday was a few days to go and got told to put the plates on a week before his birthday, now my Grandson is driving his car with old number plates on. Really did not want to put them on before his birthday. This has upset me and think it would be nice for Primo Reg Plates to try and understand and help people this way. so sorry Primo only 4* from me”
