“Happy with plate & quick until purchase however was away & repeatedly asked not to deliver until I was back ! Ignored my request & now apparently left with neighbours ? But can’t check as there now away! Called customer service & only response was that I should contact Royal Mail! No card left by R.M so can’t trace ? & will have to wait till checked when there back ! Didn’t find C.S helpful which is shame! & if listen to my original request would have been a issue.”
