“The wrong shaped plates arrived without a border around despite paying for it. Ordered over the phone as I was concerned it was not a standard size. Customer Service were quite condescending and not very communicative and attitude was almost rude. Had to buy plates elsewhere despite paying for them. Spoilt the surprise for my daughters 40th Birthday. Would not recommend!!”

I have taken the time to look at all the emails sent to you and I'm very disappointed that you feel that the service was poor. My colleagues bent over backwards to assist you, going out of their way to locate you the size of plate which was highly unusual, and always replying to you as soon as they had an answer for you. I'm sorry that due to the border not being on your rear plate the surprise was spoilt, but I hope that you enjoy the plates going forward. Regards The Primo Team

“Very satisfied with the service I have received. The whole process was simple and easy to understand and the company kept me informed by text message and email throughout. They even sent a reminder about returning the necessary documentation after a few days because there was a slight delay on our part because we gave our daughter the plates on her birthday so we couldn’t send the V5 till after that or it would have spoiled the surprise. Well worth paying the fee for Primo to deal with the transfer process on our behalf. I will be happy to use them again although a cherished number plate is not something I purchase frequently ! PPN”
