“This company uses an Email system to notify it's customers of important information. The Emails sent to me were considered a security risk by my AVG Protection and consequently I could not read them so reverting to snail mail delayed the process of transferring my number plate. I wouldn't use this company again.”

Hi Brian, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Unfortunately I'm very disappointed at your review, as you are essentially telling people not to order from us, which ultimately could cost people their jobs and liveliehoods, when the issue that you've experienced is with your antivirus on your computer. I'm afraid we have no impact on the settings on your computer, and therefore cannot influence how the emails that you receive are handled. It is a shame that your computer wouldn't receive our emails, but I understand that the number plate is registered to your vehicle still within the timeframes that we advise our customers. I don't believe a 3 star review of our service is justified. Regards The Primo Team
