“Cannot thank Primo Registrations enough. They provided a brilliant service and kept me up to date throughout the transaction. I have received my plates which I love together with the certificate. I have recently purchased a new vehicle and cannot wait to have them registered and fitted. Thank you for your prompt service.”

“I saw this plate on three different sites and the vendor was apparently unwilling to negotiate on the price. I spotted it on the Primo site last Tuesday evening and emailed Peter. After considerable back and forth with the vendor, by Wednesday afternoon he was able to negotiate an acceptable price and on Wednesday evening I paid for the plate. I followed their process in terms of what was required, the plates arrived on the Saturday morning and the confirmation that I could put them onto my vehicle was emailed to me on Saturday afternoon.....three working days!!! Sorry Primo, but I have to confess I did have an ‘are you sure’ moment and checked on the DVLA site. Sure enough, it was assigned to my vehicle. I have bought plates elsewhere and been very happy, but in terms of status updates and the sheer speed, Primo were in a different class.”
