“5* for PRIMO REGISTRATION, but zero stars for the clowns who print their plates. Sent me a faulty plate with the paint missing UNDER THE PERSPEX. Asked me to send photos which i did said that i had drilled holes in the actual letter. PRIMO sent me a new plate free of charge, even that was damaged a dig in the plastic. I will be sending back the fault plate to PRIMO to show them that QUICK PLATES who manufacture their plates quality control is a joke.”

“We bought a new reg in late 2021, but didn’t get our new car until Sept 2022 and Primo were quick and efficient from the start, and when we finally informed them (Vicki) that we were ready to put the new plate on our new car, she sorted it out within an hour. If only all internet purchases were so smooth! Thanks.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry to hear that you believe our service to be average due to you purchasing the number plates at the same time as the registration. Our service is an all inclusive service, which is why we sell the plates at the same time. It is obviously your choice where to buy your registration from, so I'm confused why you'd leave us an average review due to this, when you know when you place your order that this is part and parcel of it. “Very good service easy to upload my documents , and was kept updated with the progress by text and email.”

“Price, Quality & Process all good. Only negative point was lack of communication on delay in documentation. The delay, nearly 3 weeks was due to DVLA processing hold up which although outside PRIMO control was not communicated & when I contacted PRIMO was given very unsatisfactory response stating I was informed in the paperwork that the documentation would come separate to plates. It was only on responding to this e-mail I received a curtious response. As it happened I was not looking to fit plates immediately but would not have been happy had this been the case.”

“I recently bought a private reg plate from primo registrations, opting for the package with them handling all the legal paperwork for transferring the number and ordering the plates. Very quick service, I had my new plates within a week and was able to put them on my car 5 days later once notified. Excellent service, would definitively use again in the future.”
