“The whole process of buying your chosen number plate + document changes is quite straightforward . All you have to do is choose your desired number , and leave Primo Registrations to do the paperwork. Highly recommend Primo to anyone .”

“Was very smooth and quick the only issue was this was a Christmas present and the info I received suggested it would take 2 weeks + to go through and actually only took 2 days so I had to give my husband the plates weeks early which was a bit disappointing.”

“Very efficient and easy to follow process. However my only issue is the quality of the plates. There are noticeable imperfections which make the final result less than totally perfect.”

“very smooth transfer paid/ordered Wed morning plates arrived Thu all done dusted Fri very pleased with the process would have give full stars except for the attitude of the person i dealt with when ordering i was concerned in case any problems etc his attitude was poor i dismissed it at first but when i was reading my credit card number out i went slow as i do for anyone i quote to over the phone he then said "you can hurry up you know" i thought this was a poor attitude and was only afterwards i thought i should have told him to stick his sale up his a*** i got the impression because mine was a very cheap plate he was loosing commission if my plate was a 50k deal it may have been different maybe? anyway don't let it put you off everything else did seem to be handled well. I am very pleased with my plates.”

“Very efficient service. However one particular member of your customer service staff seems to have an attitude issue when responding to telephone enquiries, ie very inconvenient of a member of public to ring and ask a question!”
