“Was a little nervous as not changed the ref on a car b4. Went for standard plates and Opted for Primo to do all the work. Plates arrived within 5 days of placing an order. I delayed returning the paperwork as was waiting for an occasion to gift it on. I was keeping an eye on gov.com website: https://vehicleenquiry.service.gov.uk/ So new exactly when I could fit the plates 👌👍🏻”

“Brilliant, I telephoned Primo Registrations on the Wednesday afternoon on Thursday morning my number plates arrived with the transfer pack and by the Monday morning I received an email saying that it was all complete and I could put my new number plates onto my car, just had to inform my insurance company of the change.”

“Got the plate I had been looking for for years, amazing value, I could have had the plates on the car within 6 days of ordering if it hadn't taken so long to advise my insurance company due to Covid restrictions. Primo and DVLA were on the ball though I can't recommend highly enough and am now looking for a bespoke plate for my daughter! Happy Dayze :-)”

“The process was easy, we received the plates quickly, however after three weeks of no contact we had to ring to ask where our transfer pack was as we thought this was coming separately. Turns out it was tucked away at the bottom of the package with the plates! Good job we rang. No one followed up. We then sent off and again everything was then sorted quickly and easily.”
